AexoreX Systems LLC (“AexoreX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects privacy and is committed to the responsible handling of information relating to website visitors, prospective customers, customers, partners, and users of our services.
This Privacy Policy describes how information may be collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected when you interact with the AexoreX corporate website and with AexoreX services where this Policy is incorporated.
The AexoreX corporate website is distinct from the AEOS QUANTUM™ platform. AEOS QUANTUM™ is a product and service offering of AexoreX Systems LLC; access to and use of that platform may be governed by separate agreements, terms, and data protection arrangements.

6AEOS QUANTUM™ Enterprise Data
Enterprise customers may submit, upload, or process business information through the AEOS QUANTUM™ platform.
Where AexoreX processes customer data on behalf of an enterprise customer, the customer’s contractual agreement and applicable data protection terms may govern that processing.
This Policy does not itself establish platform-specific processing commitments. Enterprise customers should refer to their applicable agreements for processing scope, retention, security terms, and any jurisdictional or residency arrangements.
8Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
AexoreX does not sell personal information for monetary consideration in the ordinary operation of its business.
Certain state privacy laws define terms such as “sale” and “sharing” broadly. Where an applicable law grants you a right to opt out of specific processing, we will honor valid requests as required by that law. Requests may be submitted using the contact details in the Privacy Requests section below.
9Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
Enterprise contractual retention requirements may apply separately.

The AexoreX corporate website and our enterprise services are intended for business and professional users. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly solicit information from children through these properties.

Our websites may contain links to third-party websites and resources. Those websites are operated independently, and their information practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites.
